Background
- David Scott, MD, PhD, is a fully trained laser vision correction surgeon and ophthalmologist. He has received extensive training in laser vision correction through the certification program from the University of California, San Francisco, Chiron and TLC Laser Eye Center Inc.
- Dr. Scott is a senior physician with The Permanente Medical Group at their Santa Clara location and is also a past President of the Kaiser Permanente Ophthalmology Society.
- Dr. Scott is board certified by the National Board of Medical Examiners and by the American Board of Ophthalmology. In addition to Dr. ScottÕs medical training and expertise in ophthalmology, he also holds a Masters and Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology.
