Background
- William Jerry Chang, MD, is one of the leading surgeons in The Permanente Medical Group, specializing in laser vision correction and complex cataract surgeries. Dr. Chang has been practicing ophthalmology with Kaiser Permanente since 1986. In addition to his extensive clinical experience, he has organized and lectured at many medical conferences and instructed on numerous ophthalmic surgical topics.
- Currently Chief of Ophthalmology of the Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Redwood City, Dr.Chang also maintains clinical academic appointments as a Clinical Assistant Professor at StanfordUniversity Medical Center and as a Consultant Surgeon at the Palo Alto Veterans AdministrationHospital.
